Whether you are seeking your very first ZOL Certification, want to refresh your knowledge as a return attendee, a collegiate Soror looking to network in an engaging learning environment or a chapter or auxiliary president looking for a more focused experience, there’s something for you.
Zeta Organizational Leadership Certification is designed so that participants can collectively build an agile model of effective servant leadership through cohort-based observations, personal experience, and professional development. The curriculum consists of an operational definition of leadership; an understanding of the history of the sorority and organization; an understanding of the essential qualities and characteristics of leadership; and skills that Sorors should acquire so they can achieve their unique potential as leaders in Zeta at the international level.
This year, we’re also paying tribute to the Amicae - our friends for 75 years! Stay and celebrate with us at the Amicae Diamond Jubilee happening during ZOL.
It is the goal of the Collegiate Leadership Symposium to provide leadership development opportunities for Zeta undergraduates from each region of the sorority through group learning, individual breakout sessions, and in-depth discussion of effective leadership on their campuses. Designed by the Office of Training and Development, the 2 1/2-day symposium, beginning Monday afternoon, will provide participants with opportunities to learn from one another, discuss leadership strategies, and exchange knowledge about collegiate sorority issues.
