Ensure everyone has the tools needed to operate effectively and efficiently; recruit members who will accentuate the four founding principles of the sorority and transition to technology, where appropriate.

Our Mission

To enhance the sisterhood; value one another; help Sorors achieve success through the investment in our people, reinforcing talent, and help drive a winning behavior.

Our Goal

To encourage statewide sisterhood engagement while annually increasing state sisterhood membership and increased the training certifications within our state sisterhood as we work with our constitutionally bounded Sigma Brothers, as our State of Colorado is led by both Sigma and Zeta, serving in the role of State Directors. Let us reclaim, recruit, and retain our sisterhood!
